Antiblock & slip masterbatch is a masterbatch containing 5% refined erucamide and 10% synthetic silica in a LDPE carrier resin. It gives excellent surface gloss in application for films from LDPE, LLDPE ,PP, BOPP,CPP and EVA.

KK-3 can reduce efficiently the coefficient of friction of LDPE,LLDPE,PP,BOPP and EVA films without adversely affecting the film transparency.

Synthetic silica gives a better transparency than natural silica and the additive chosen in this KK-3 gives excellent optical and dispersion properties.

RECOMMENDED ADDITION RATES

we recommend concentrations of KK-3 between 1.0 and 2.0 %

Note: Over addition of KK-3 will lead over content of erucamide,which may slip screw or affect ink printing in process.

Product is packed in 25 kg PE bags. Keep the place dry with good ventilation. Out of direct sunlight, high temperature, rain pour and no under heavy loads.
