Processing test under PED102#A 100kg add 50kg LLDPE{MI=2} |
Pre-drying
PED102#A absorbs
moisture under normal storage conditions. Predrying of the compound before
processing can thus usually be avoided. To achieve film of good quality, predry
the material with moisture under 5 ‰, otherwise there will be problems such as
hard spots, watter bubble increasing, not smooth and dumb surface.
Usually 1- 2 hours in a
drier at 70-90℃ is sufficient time to
reduce the moisture to an acceptable level.
Blown film Extrusion
In processing the
addition of new LLDPE resin is possible, the resin melt index above 2 is
suggested to use, if need addition of LDPE,the surface resistivity is
relatively less than LLDPE.
The recommended addition
rate of the compound PE102#A and new LLDPE resin is
100KG : 50KG, the surface
resistivity is 105Ω.
For maximum conductivity, it is
advisable to operate with moderate blow up ratios and the highest processing
temperatures commensurate with good film quality.
Packed in 25kg/bag and should be stored in a dry place..
